It's comforting to think that Ianto will always be there for Jack, until they can finally be together again when Jack dies for the final time.

Still so sad though.

Thanks I have been watching CoE, and he is always there every time that Jack revives, so I thought he made a promise and knowing Ianto he would be sure to keep it, even if it means doing it after death.

An immortal love seem to suit the Captain best. I think Ianto would always be waiting until they finally together.
