I was finally made Team Leader, taking the spot of the other sergeant who was not up to the responsibilities. We've been doing convoy operations this week, and they've been going really well. Congrats on the appointment to Team Leader... I know you're up to the challenge. Take care of your troops and they'll take care of you. Stay tough but fair. Keep your eyes open, ears alert, and you'll be fine.
And speaking as a former wheelman, give your driver a break every now and then -- and don't throw hand mics -- they hurt!
