I am not sure if any of you have noticed, but I have spent the past week in pain and sleeping little. It turns out that I need to have my gallbladder removed early next week. If it gets to bad this weekend I will go to the ER for it to be removed. Care to hear how we got to this conclusion?

i hope your gall bladder went well for you! i know what you mean when you say intense pain...i had mine taken out march of '02 and man did it suck. i woke up at about 4am with the worst feeling in my tummy i had ever felt, i called my mom (in canada, LOL) to complain and she told me to go to the hospital. so i called my doctor and left an emergency message and he calls me back in a panic and says he's sending an ambulance! i was like no..it's okay i'll get my roomie to drive me. and so she did. i was so embarassed because i thought it was caused by me pigging out on two wendy's chicken sandwidtches the night before which is something i had never done and regretted doing anyways and then i get this horrible pain. after about 3 hrs in emergency it went away so i was like "oh great, now im digested and it's gone and fuck am i ever embarassed" but they took me into ultrasound (you know, because i was too embarassed to say something) and they found it was gall stones. they did emergency surgery the next day. it really sucked but i'm
