Genre: AU/AU
Pairing: Ennis/Jack
Word count: 2095
Warnings: English is not my native language and this is not beta-ed. Strange grammar and word choice may result from it. As far as our boys go: no warnings. I feel like adding another warning: there will be some juicy stuff in this story, but it will be few.
Rating: NC 17 for the whole story, but only ( Read more... )

I loved the honey scene, I knew there were so many uses for honey. I'm glad Ennis is showing Jack how to cook, I bet they'll discover plenty of 'new' recipes :D

the argument was spot on. I liked how Ennis walked out, he needed to.

please update soon. Have a happy holiday!

Okay well I like honey but the above combination always gets my taste buds flowing. I like that Ennis thinks so highly of the joy of cooking cookbook it is a good cookbook and well it gives you the basics to move on from. I'm a cookbook collector and have old and new all the way back to when no measurements unless you count enough butter to fit in the palm of your hand or a bit of salt no larger then your finger nail. I love them all Amy Sedaris cookbook is one of my love of laughing cookbooks but some of her ideas are great. Fathers and sons always tension in some house holds. I'm blessed with a wonderful father who is amazing. But, I have 9 uncles and some of them come close to Jack's. Life does move on and it is all good. Thank you for the update. Joe

Being not American, I hope I can say this without being tarred and feathered ;) Peanut butter is soooo yucky to me! LOL
Now chocolate syrup - bring it on!

wow! It looks like Mrs. Twist is in denial about her husband,in
my opinion if a parent is verbally abusive they are not a good
parent! I know my own mother was like that, and my daughters
dad who I finally moved away from and am in the process of
getting her away from him too (long story) is also that way, it
doesn't matter what else they do for you, you never forget cruel
words, however it was very realistic and you did a great job
writing it.
I also loved the honey scene, so sexy and sweet!!

thank you
Janette.
