Gokudera adjusted the tie on Tsuna’s tuxedo as Tsuna wiped sweat from his face. His guardians were gathered in the small room, with the exception of Chrome, Mukuro and Hibari. Everyone looked older, Tsuna seemed to be about 30 and everyone else was close to that age, and everyone was dressed in their most formal clothes.
“Ahhh, I can’t believe this day is finally here! I’m so nervous!” Tsuna protested as Gokudera did one final check of Tsuna’s outfit and stepped back.
“Haha! Don’t be nervous Tsuna, everything is going to be perfect!” Yamamoto reassured the fretting Decimo.
“Besides Juudaime, you’ve waited years for this day to finally come. Just relax and enjoy it.” Gokudera pointed out helpfully.
A knock on the door and Hibari’s voice called out “Decimo. Your parents are here. Shall I let them in? I need to get back to checking security.”
“Ah! Yes please Hibari-san. Thank you.” Tsuna called out as the door was opened and footsteps sounded walking away. Nana entered the room in a beautiful pink dress her arm resting on Giotto’s forearm. Giotto Sawada was dressed in a clean tuxedo with a cape around his shoulders. Both of them beamed with pride when they saw Tsuna in his White tuxedo and came over to him.
“Oh Tsu-kun! I’m just so proud of you!” Nana fussed preening Tsuna’s hair some and tearing up slightly. Giotto chuckled and picked up the white ribbon on the dresser.
“Tsuna, turn around let me do this for you.” He instructs kindly. Tsuna nods and obeys. Nana stepping back to allow Tsuna to turn and wipes her eyes with a tissue from the box on the dresser. As Giotto quickly and deftly ties the ribbon she gushes.
“Oh! Our baby is growing up! Can you believe it Ieyasu? He’s finally getting married!” Nana croons grabbing another tissue. Giotto finishes with the ribbon and picks up the Boutonniere on the dresser, carefully pinning it perfectly to Tsuna’s tuxedo.
“You have no idea how proud of you I am Tsuna. You managed to set Vongola on the right track again, and you’re getting married to the girl of your dreams. You’ve done this family honor.” He tells Tsuna, causing the boy to blush.
“T-Thank you Father. I’ve tired.” He muttered embarrassed.
“5 minutes to show time. Time to get to our places.” Gokudera announced cutting the moment short.
Tsuna smiled at his parents and hugged them both tightly. “Thank you for everything.” He told them as the guardians made their way out of the room.
The scene shifted and Tsuna was waiting outside the sanctuary with his parents, Gokudera, Yamamoto, Haru, and Chrome. Tsuna shifted nervously as the noise from the sanctuary quieted down. Giotto put a reassuring hand on Tsuna’s shoulder and smiled at him.
“It’s going to be fine. Breathe.” He whispered as a man began talking distantly.
“Hayato! Stop fussing! We both look fine! Honestly you’re acting like this is our wedding instead of Tsuna-kun and Kyoko’s!” Haru whispered at Gokudera batting his hands away. Gokudera looked just as nervous as Tsuna felt, which reassured Tsuna some. At least he wasn’t the only one. Before Gokudera could reply the wedding march started up.
“Ah! That’s us! Come on!” Haru cried jumping slightly. She gave her
teal dress a final adjustment and with Gokudera, entered the Sanctuary, followed by Chrome and Yamamoto. Tsuna watched the two couples walk down the aisle, thinking about a million different things. The fore most being how odd he found it that Mukuro, 2 years Chrome’s husband, had been perfectly fine to allow Chrome to be walked down the aisle be Yamamoto. He had refused to take part in the wedding, but was fine with Chrome having the role of Bridesmaid.
“Tsuna come on. It’s our turn to walk.” Giotto whispered to his son. Nana took Tsuna’s left arm while Giotto took the right, and the trio walked down the Aisle together. Tsuna could feel his chest rising with pride and anticipation. He couldn’t wait to see Kyoko-chan’s dress. The walk seemed both too long and too short to him. Before he knew it, both of his parents were kissing his cheeks and taking their seats in the front row. Gulping slightly, Tsuna walked up the steps to the altar, standing above Gokudera on the top step.
The music swelled and all heads turned to the back to see the bride finally enter the room. Kyoko had chosen to be walked down the aisle by Ryohei, her brother and by Bianchi; instead of by her parents. But Tsuna didn’t even notice them. His eyes were glued to Kyoko. She looked like an Angel in her
dress and nothing else seemed to matter to him anymore.
He walked down the steps to meet her at the bottom of them and walk her up to the top where the priest was waiting for them. The rest of the ceremony was a blur for him but he must have done everything right, because before he knew it he was kissing the woman of his dreams as the whole room exploded into cheers.
Tsuna rolled over in his sleep, giggling with a goofy grin on his face as the dream continued on to the celebration after the ceremony.
“Kyoko-chaaannn~ Dai suki” he murmured in his sleep. Totally unaware that his dream had been broadcast to all of Somarium.
