Dee stepped out of the door to his hotel room with two glasses and a fresh bottle of red wine. He had waited a long, long time, according to his books, for this sort of an opportunity to happen. Ryo was reading a book, but this time 'reading' was quite of the euphemist because he couldn't concentrate on it the proper way. His mind keep drifting to the evens that happened in the lake, not only the tragic incident with the corpse but also Dee's words. So much of a quiet vacations, the thought as he read the same line for the fourth time. The knock on the door made him look up.

"Come in, the door it's open."·

Dee popped his head into the room first, spying Ryo looking rather comfortable on the sofa. He smiled a bit at that, sidling into the room and trying to keep the wine bottle and glasses still hidden from sight behind his back.

"Hey. You still up?" he asked, obviously already knowing the answer to that.

Ryo smiled at him. As confusing as dee could be the brunette enjoyed to have his partner around.

"It's too early to go bed, I was reading for a bit."

He pulled the things that he had been concealing out from behind his back. The two glasses were obviously from the kitchen downstairs, and the bottle of wine looked like it could've been bought at the airport (and in fact it had been, while Ryo had been waffling about where to buy food from). But it had to be the thought that counted, right? Dee certainly hoped so, at least.

"How about sitting down and having a drink with me?" he asked, with a wink. "They say these days that wine's supposed to be good for you, y'know."
