You work at McDonald's? I'd never stick to my diet if i did, i love McFlurries tooo much. Good job on your day though! What might help to get more exercise (if you want more) is to just wake up or before you go to bed do some leglifts, sit ups, pushups or something just to work up a light sweat.
Yes...work at mcdonalds! lol..the home of wonderfull nuggets...and..icecream..and aaalllllll that wonderfull stuff ...I gained five pounds when I started working there...about everyone does! lol

I work at McDonald's, too! I moved away from home, and got a job there.. causing me to eat there all the time (due to my inability to cook, and well 50 % discount!) and gained at least 15 pounds within 6 months! Just thought I'd share.

That would be tough but I know McD's has salad options and I ordered one of their wraps--probably still has some fat in it but better than a Big Mac and fries. You need to add some more exercise to your day though and I suggest walking (cheap and you can do it pretty much anywhere). I love their soft serve ice cream (which is a low fat alternative option--discovered that when I did WWs--just don't order the hot fudge and nuts!) Good luck :)!
