Partial starvation for 3 days = smaller stomache. Then you won't have to eat as much to fill yourself up. Don't ask me how I know that.

define partial starvation. Does that mean no solids? Only water? Minimal calorie intake (around 250ca/d for those three days)?

I've been doing situps and crunches, in the hundreds per night, but nothing works.
