Dave's update

Dave is looking great! He is healing well, his appetite has increased, and his talkative nature has returned. He is definitely "chipper"...the Longhorns won and the Cowboys are about to play!

The nurses said that he seems to be healing faster than normal. They still are guessing another 2 weeks in their care. I got the address in case anyone would

21 Oct update on our Dave

Dave is doing great! He is now able to lay on his back, which is a nice change from being on his sides only for the last month or so. He's getting bossier and bossier, so I know he's recovering well.

I will try to grab a work laptop with a wireless card so he can check his email on Sunday, 28 October.

I can't seem to get the password right, or it's not accepting it for some reason. In any case, it locked me out AGAIN! So, I hope people are reading the comments since that's the only way to get a message to Dave's friends!

I'm taking Dave a laptop today so he can check his email! Let's hope there is some kind of wireless connection there for him!!

He is REALLY looking forward to getting back in contact with you all. I'm spoiling him today with a few homemade breakfasts & dinners for the nurses to heat up for him. Hoping that will heal him faster.

I'll give you an update when we return.
