I seem to suffer from this alot

I need to get my thoughts out. There are so many my mind cannot hold them any more. I know and understand that I love you. I can only sigh when I tell myself you don’t . Don’t get me wrong I’m glad I got to experience love. I am a firm believer in in the saying “ it’s better to have loved and lost then to never have loved at all
