oh to be completely earnest or to be utterly cynical. i don't know which i prefer on a person.

unrelatedly:

let's mourn the loss of the late night ntv timeslot. i know there's no official word on cancellation yet but there's probably no way they could manage three 1-hour primetime shows and one late night show. to be perfectly honest (i lovehate ( Read more... )

I shall ALWAYS love Dの嵐 best. With MMA traling behind a close second and I agree with everything you have verbalized in this entry; it is an amazing one.

lol I srsly don't get some people that "mourn" so hard about shukudai-kun already(and without any official word about ending it yet). :p For me it was actually the first Arashi variety I watched, and the reason why I got to love the rest of the members(Jun-love always was and will be there XD)and the group as a whole..but even if it ends,it's not like it's the end of the world omggggggg. D: (<- I want to yell that in the face of everyone who is oh-so-sad-and-disappointed-Shukudaikun-is-ending-desu. :p) People are so dramatic over this, it's almost annoying.. Personally, as long as I get to watch them at least 2-3 times on TV per week,I'm super fine with whatever they do(in whatever slot they do it). :p

it will start going down. i still love them though, i will never stop loving arashi, hey.
*nods*nods* Never! T^T

I give them 1-2 more years tops to ride the popularity wave. :p as Nino said it's the Arashi season now,but seasons change..I just hope people will not become too accustomed to the current situation, coz when the popularity ( ... )

hey you, gimme some of that postive attitude! MMA was my first but D was what sealed the deal for me. shukudai grew on me immensely though and to me, monday nights 2328++ japan time is like the extra shiny beacon of light. not that i don't love them anywhere else (i look forward to thursdays and saturdays just as much!), just that this is where, i feel, they were made, you know. like you can still smell some of the essence of the more spontaneous ~olden days~. hahha it's silly but i will miss it very, very much if it really comes to an end.

oh god sudden idea! they could just put omakes there, like primetime leftovers or even half-assed udauda shit there and keep the time-slot without killing their schedule! and i will still lap it up like some starving puppy.

*joins in on the me me me chanting* we'll never leave them, if you do i will hunt you down, and if i do i give you permission to kick my ass thoroughly. we'll be old, bent and gray and we will still love arashi ( ... )

XD honestly I doubt I can see anything they do with a negative light. :p And even if I did,I wouldn't make it such a big deal. D: *nods* true, true. I really think they did the right shows the right time, that's why those worked out so well and became so liked by people. X3 Still, I don't see how it's bad for them to change grow up,leave those times behind and try something new. For one, they can't please everyone; that's a given and for two, they can't keep doing the same things over and over again either..

if you do i will hunt you down
good to know XD and since I got permission fufufu~ Hopefully we'll stick around for a loooong time..since it took me quite some time to find (about) them,I won't be leaving them so easily

DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

hey it's not official or anything, but. (only reason i watch vs arashi is i like watching arashi. i mean i could literally just sit and watch them and be okay with it. other than that, format can burn in a fire, i wouldn't blink an eye, but husssssssshhhhh no tell anybaaahhhdyy).

hey you might not be up-to date with arashi, but i'm pretty much up-to date with your recent DBSK obsession! :DD i approve very much of this development but can't say i'm jumping for joy if or when you say bye-bye for good to arashi. i will miss your intense analysing at least, hehe. but hey, i used to think that i'm mono-boyband-amous too, when i switch from SuJu to arashi, but when i see SuJu on a show goofing or performing again, intense rush of affection is still there. maybe you'll feel that way too one day ( ... )

Hmm, what do I think... I will definitely miss late night, and AnS is the only show I'm regularly watching these days. I was excited by 'improvisation', less so when I heard details of the format, redeemed a bit when I read "The Set" is just one segment of the show ( ... )

ah I thought Surprise!嵐 was pretty much the concept, when I first read the description (well like a week ago, so). "The Set"? Does that mean they'll be on a set? Or is that the name of the segment? I'm confused now. Hhahahahahahhah oh man. I have some proper catching up to do, hmmm ( ... )

so i just went ahead and read up on it like the good arashi fan that i am, i have to say i'm actually okay with it for now. i'm hoping they don't over-produce this or that the guests won't be overbearing.

BUT seriously bla bla bla whatever bla everything except for the last paragraph up there okay?

Ack. I don't want to be that fan, always talking about how things were better back then and how much they suck now and kids these days anyhow.

I hope the new show is good. I really do. I hope its awesome blows all other previous Arashi shows clean out of Tokyo Bay. That's what I hope.
