For me, stories like this always prove that power of Christ works through our lives to better them even if we only accept Him when we are small. You didn't go through all those horrible things so you can say, He saved you from scars and pain and little boxes of pent up rage and anger that most of us who have been hurt carry. It is an awesome testimony about how changes a life for good when He's there from the very start.

I think your testimony would be especially important for parents. By accepting Christ, they aren't just saving themselves but also giving their children and grandchildren a chance at a happier, safer, better life. You are a living example of someone who grew up trusting in him, and proof of the fact that it can make a huge difference in you from a very young age. I think you have a powerful testimony, even if it seems to lack excitement from your point of view. <3
