Recovering Drums!!!

Ok start off by saying that was THE LONGEST DAY OF TUNING!!!!! I have ever had. B/c dekalb county has to be cheap and give funding to ALL the other schools, and then us, we had to make do with $300. So we got new base drum mallets, new snare and tenor heads, foam padding and contact paper. There was strange and beat up blue and black marble

OMG i had sooo much fun doing that! i really was gonna give up on that 3rd snare if we didn't finally get it. lol. good times. yes lil brown was lots of help sitting there telling us that he "told us so" when the shell was upside down. hehehe funny kid. and brown is waaaay too much of a perfectionist and i bet lil brown is gonna b just like that! man i was exhausted after that but it rocked. now our drumline will look newer and cleaner! woop woop! i think i'm gonna switch to drumline just to play the drums cause they look nicer. you can play piccolo for me! o man tim got mad @ me cuz i was talkin bout how we left a piece on tiara's drum and i was like shut up i put these together and worked on them all day yesterday and he was like ok youre cool then. hehe! gotta love band! no practice 2morrow (yay! cuz i have i have DYS and i'll actually have time to chill!)ttyl! love you!~munchkin~
