It's pretty ...and pretty freaky. Is it a painting, a photo? I can't figure out how it was made..or is is a photoshop amalgamation?

It was done in photoshop by splicing and dicing many different photos.

I did it after Iran started talking about blowing up Israel and how their 'religion of peace' is such an effing lie.

Just look at Iraq and Palestine. They are killing each other and they are suppose to be sharing the same religion!? wtf?

All I see coming out of Iraq, Iran, Africa, or any other muslim nation is hate, discrimination and violence.

Islam is seeking world dominance so don't be naive and think that they are 'peaceful' and loving. They rule through fear, oppression, and violence.
