Tuesday afternoon, I found out that my daughter's new bedroom set is coming in on Friday, meaning today. I thought it would be another 3 weeks. So I have been working my arse off to get her room ready. Her crib and baby furniture are going to my sisters. She's having a baby in 3 weeks. It was snowing when we moved into our place, lol. That was quite interesting....

if you want the room to last till college...paint the walls white. It will not spure her creativity...but in bordom...she will study more!

LOL, it's been white, except for the border. I painted the bottom half a pinkinsh/mauve. It's not light or dark, and goes with her horse border.
I think I might have her study on the dining room table. This way I know she is studying and I can help her out. This is what my parents had us do. I never studied in my room until college-dorm life.:O)

hehe...yea..kids get distracted easily in their room...esecially when theres a TV :-X
