AN: *sighs* i love my boys. There's always next year...Right?
All the words he wants to say hang on the tip of his tongue. It’s not that he doesn’t know what to say because he does. How he wants throw him against the wall and taste every inch of his skin. How he wants to take him home to Slovenia and wake up with him every morning. He’s recited it in the mirror a few times yet no matter how much he tries he just sounds silly. For all he knows, he could be asking him which direction the washroom is. Anze sighs as he tries to unlace his skates but stops half way when the object of his desires walks in with a towel around his waist.
His eyes quickly fall to the ground as he curses the English language. Why does it have to be so difficult? He doesn’t even care if Mike rejects him. Just to finally voice his feelings would be enough… Ok, maybe it would hurt but not as much as not telling him and having that slight chance of Mike being interested in him unknown. Like it is right now.
Anze looks up when he has this unnerving feeling of someone watching him. His eyes lock on Mike’s and his whole body freezes up. The words won’t come and he’s mentally smacking himself. But a smile appears on Mike’s lips before he walks towards his stall and Anze feels his body relax a little.
Two games. He’s got two more games to find the right words.
