Oh, c'mon, you know how psyched I am for the rest of us. And, thankfully, the site planning stage is mostly done. Still need to get on the ball about acquisitions, but I'll have ages for that. :P

I saw the long lines for Free Ice Cream and was too daunted to join in. What flavor did you get?

The line was indeed long, but not so bad when you're hanging out with four other people. I went with Coffee Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz, because if anything makes ice cream flavors better, it's having names that are absurdly fun to say.
