I'm not sure, and with the stylized brushes on the image I can't really see what he's wearing, but I *think* it's from the end of GitF, when Rose drags Mickey away and he makes sure they're gone before reading the letter.

I'm not even 50% sure though and now I'm curious, but also too lazy to check!

Yup, you're right - I checked. That's probably why I didn't recognize it - I tend to skip over GitF when I'm re-watching. :)
