That seems to be one of the underlying constants of the demon seals. He would not be the first whose behavior has been noticeably altered.

The fact that he's pointedly blabing classified information is also worrying, but it comes as no surprise. I'd be shocked if the Demon Kings didn't already know better than we do about all of our inner workings... Thank you for your discretion, though. It's a complicated matter, to say the least.
