With the
Runic Engine on his hand (the gem thing), Roland can get Engaged with magic-users in order to wield magic.

With consent from both parties (with the initial exception of Althea, since Dia the Brilliant Witch forced that Engagement), the magic-user can agree to give magic to Roland, so he can wields them in battle.
Usually, he need the Unity Rings from the Witch to channel the magic, but in panfandom settings, any magical item that can channel the magic-user's mana can work.
EFFECTS
Beside changing his armour colour, the most significant effects are giving Roland access to an elemental spell (typically a basic spell the magic user knows), a support spell and Flash Drive (which is basically a Limit Break), along with a boost to one of his stats.
While Engaging in battle, Roland would briefly see a mental image of the magic-user in a wedding dress. Should the magic-user be male, it'll be assumed that he'd see them in a tuxedo. Despite the hilarity of seeing a man in a dress unless the mun wants it
The Engagement itself would last the LJRP equivalent of three turns in SRPG, or when the magic-user is K.O'd or dead. The limit is one Engagement of each person per battle. Considering that LJRP's format makes it hard to determine, my general guideline will be the equivalent of THREE SPELLS CASTED in realtime. More or less, depending on whether Roland speeds through his 'turns' with magic or 'extend' it by not casting and just use his stat boosted advantage (other than Shadow Frost, which boost MAG).

Due to Roland's canon point, he doesn't have the following Engagements with the Witch of these elements. Should he ever find a magic user with these elements, they apply.

Shadow Frost (Which covers both Dark and Ice)
Witch: Fatima the Shadow Frost Witch

In the case of non-elementals, that is something both myself and the other mun to figure out.
CHARACTER NAME: Name of muse.
GENDER: Self-explanatory. Mainly so whether they'll have the dress or the tuxedo in the mental image. And for my reference, in case Roland get Engaged with an androgynous person.
ELEMENT: Their personal affinity. It'll affect which stat will be boosted. For non-elementals, both muns will have to use their best judgement.
SPELLS: Generally speaking, one basic spell and one support spell the magic-user knows.
