Hehe... my friend Phil's turning 21 Saturday, and my roommate Mike's having a huge party here for his birthday Saturday as well. It's a birthday weekend among my people it seems. ^_~ Happy birthday hun.

As for the rest of your post (yes, I realize I'm replying to it in reverse order)... well, frankly, I don't really know the situation well enough to take a position. Whatever you end up doing, I hope it works out for the best. If it doesn't, I hope at least that you're not one of the ones hurt in the process.
