Where is that quote from?

You just inspired a memory from the abyss of my mind. I've read that quote before. And it struck me as very profound and sat in the front of my mind for a week or so. but i dont' remember when or where it's from.
Enlighten me?

yeah, i'm serious, and indeed it is a little creepy. but honestly, i wouldn't be surprised if you heard something similar. it's based off of the cliche "standing on the shoulders of giants", which is in very common use. that's what you may be feeling.
