My hand hovers over the keyboard, relucant to make the first keystroke on this blank page on the first day of the new year. I sit poised, pondering, as I might regard a brand new handmade journal with unmarked pages or a sheet of watercolour paper. Deep breath ( Read more... )

I LOVE your inner editor locker! (If you find an extra one in there from time to time, it's because I've sent mine to join her, okay?) Have a happy, productive New Year!

Isn't the locker fabulous? I've designated a couple of shelves for visiting inner editors and there may even be workshops for them from time to time :)

I'd never been a group work kind of frog in the past but lately it's been kind of growing on me :)

Definitely there is space for visiting Inner Editors and, as I told Kate, there may even be workshops available from time to time in the future for them to attend.

LOL! Love the Inner Editor home! Must find me one like that! Good luck catching up on stuff--I am in the same situation. My housework totally got away from me, but I'm slowly getting there.

I hope the new year brings you everything you want, and more! :)

This locker is from Ikea ~ Tori fell in love with it when she saw it. I like how it is sturdy and bright and has extra room for visitors.

Housework ~ ahem ~ yes ~ playing catch-up!!
I think you should ignore yours and go play in the snow :)

Well, you've probably got a point there--if you can't beat it, play in it, right? lol! We never got enough snow last year to actually go out and play. We sure are making up for it this year, though! :)

Oh, and I love your icon!

I would love to walk down the magical snowy path on your icon. And then come home and drink hot cider.

I love the frogs chatting to each other. That just made my day.

And your inner editor can move to Baltimore if she doesn't like the locker? I hope you mean my basement. Baltimore isn't THAT bad!! :)

I was just looking at the picture of the frogs last night and it was as if I could hear them talking ~ really :)

Yes, I definitely meant your basement LOL ~ I'm trying to make the locker so comfy that Inner Editor won't want to leave there ~ did you hear about the upcoming workshops?

Love your pile of frogs in charming disarray! I'm looking forward to hearing all about your grand adventures this year...wait, maybe I ought to join you in your grand adventures. :)

Oh boy, what a home for the inner editor. Mine is locked in my desk drawer, but she keeps shouting so loudly it's hard to ignore her...

Oh, yes, it would make it an even grander adventure to have you come along. What shall we do first? :)

Try putting your inner editor in a sock in your desk drawer and lining the drawer with cotton balls.
