Oh are your scones light and fluffy? From the scones at Starbucks, I had assumed I didn't like scones. But then I saw pictures of some in a cookbook that looked light and fluffy so I made them but they were kinda dense...similar to the biscuits at KFCs. My boyfriend assures me that some scones are so light they practically melt in your mouth and now I want to make them like that. So if yours were light and fluffy, will you share your recipe?

Hmmm... I don't think I'd call them light and fluffy, but they're certainly not those rocks Starbucks sells. Somewhere in between? Kind of a biscuit texture.

I think I should take a picutre of them. Everyone seems kind of excited about the scones.
