So, I work with Robert, whose gotten promoted quite a number of times with appropriate raises.  I'll probably be promoted within a couple months.  But what I'm actually doing is making money to go back to school (Masters) and get through the property management process.  I figured I have so much background in Real Estate I

I've been really good, thanks for asking. My principal thinks I'm doing a "fabulous" job, so job is good and life in general is good, too.

happy very belated birthday by the way

if I had the faintest idea where you are I could send you a card, although it would be a very very belated birthday card at this point. But still, the offer is good if you want it. I wouldn't have to be a birthday card, you know, it could be a, um, hm, easter I guess, because it's too late for st. patrick's day cards, unless you wanted a late one of those too. I could just send you a whole batch of the cards you didn't get, including a christmas card.
