This was as beautiful as it was tender. I checked out photos of Madison and sure enough, those big chocolate brown eyes are so inviting. I'm not surprised Buster took the plunge. I have a Giants t-shirt with Posey # 28 on the back, and I really love wearing it up here in Maine to see if anyone has a clue. Waiting in line for an ice-cream, a little kid said, "Mommy, look, Buster Posey's name is on the shirt." I turned with a big smile and Mommy asked if I was from the Bay Area. I said no but I've lived out there and I'd like to go back. Unspoken was that I'd like to be sitting with Buster and Madison on the front steps to Buster's place.

Oh, man. Thanks for sharing that story. I live in the East, too. And it is a rarity indeed to see people wearing Giants gear. It's fun in a way, because I stand out, but it's also kind of a lonely existence. I saw my first Giants home game last month, and I was so thrilled by the sheer concentration of orange and black in the stands. It was glorious.

Seriously, the more I see Madison, the hotter he is. Very handsome guy.
