My weight loss puzzle

I have been reading some books about getting healthy recently. One is called Lighten Up*. It has 365 tips for getting healthy. I don't read it every day but every couple of weeks, I will pick it up, read, think and work through 20 or so. I'm an angry eater. When I'm sad or stressed, I can't eat, but when I'm angry, I find myself picking at food when I'm not hungry.

Each one of us has a different path...I like that idea. I like that quote, too. :D
