I had no change in my weight last week, and am hoping for a change Wednesday, but realize I may not see one (went to a wedding this weekend and did a lot of necessary eating out).

I'm trying to work on getting back into exercise, but not having much luck. What keeps you motivated when you would rather do something else?

My motivation has been coming from magazines and such lately. Like if I know I have to go to the gym, but want to put it off until "tomorrow" I'll pick up a fitness mag (Oxygen) and flip through and look at some of the ladies I would like to look like. Or go online and read some of my friends w/o journals... usually gets me motivated. :)
