Title: Chocolate
Author: Icy
Pairing: Robin/Raven
Fandom: Teen Titans
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: Teen Titans is ® DC Comics. No disrespect intended.
Author’s Note: These are taking place when the titans are, well, titans… Meaning that (for example) Raven will be Raven instead of Rachel Roth. Unless otherwise mentioned.
These aren’t going to form a story, but they won’t be drabbles, either. Just free-standing.
This one takes place after they’ve become a couple, but not necessarily for a great period of time.

List of Kisses

(Robin found Raven in the kitchen, doing something he’d never actually witnessed before: eating chocolate.

“Uh… Where are the others?” He asked, unable to tear his eyes away from the chocolate smudge on the corner of her mouth.

“They went to the park to play Stinkball.” Her disparaging tone indicated that she was much more content to stay here.

“So…” Robin moved around the counter and sprang up to take a seat upon it, facing Raven now without a counter between them. A slowish smirk spread across his face. “We’re here alone?”

He was rewarded with a crumpled Hershey’s wrapper bouncing off his head, propelled by dark energy. “Don’t get any ideas, Boy Wonder.”

Robin smiled serenely. “I never said anything. But if you’re suggesting…” He raised an eyebrow.

Raven pretended to be irked. “How about monitoring the controls to make sure nothing bad happens while the larger half of the Titans is occupied?”

Robin swung his legs. “Could you be a little more serious?”

Raven shot him a glance of apparent irritation, although she was secretly enjoying this bantering. “Sorry. It’s just that I wouldn’t have thought that you’d be the one to suggest ignoring our duty in favor of…” Raven paused and glanced at him before continuing. “Triviality.”

Robin’s eyes widened marginally. “Never!” He paused, tilting his head. “Well, maybe once.”

Raven kept her amethyst eyes fixed on him as she continued to eat her chocolate. Robin continued watching the smudge of chocolate she was leaving by her mouth. After a point, he grew somewhat devious and spoke. “You know, since we are alone…”

Raven stared at him.

“…and we have to stay in the room…”

Raven set her chocolate down. “Didn’t we decide you weren’t allowed to get ideas?”

Robin shrugged. “You did.”

Raven straightened and moved out from behind the counter, to the couch. Robin followed. “It’s Tuesday afternoon. Nobody’s going to do anything devious: The only time weekdays are menacing enough to make a move of evil is in the evening.”

Raven shot him a look. “Where did you hear that from?”

Robin grinned. “Superheroes need to know these things. Besides, even if somebody broke the rules and attacked somewhere in the city, I’m too distracted to go rescue anybody.”

Raven was smiling faintly now, unable to hide the fact that spending time with Robin put her in a good mood. “Why are you distracted?” She turned her head to face him, blinking innocently.

Robin stared at her. “You and your chocolate.” He slowly lowered his lips to meet hers, tasting the sugary, dark treat that she’d been eating moments before.

Underneath his kiss, Raven’s lips curled into a smile. Indeed, far better a mood than she’d been in for quite some time.)
