when people give the industry a bad name

the only thing i'm not sure of is whether in NH it's illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 NO MATTER WHAT, or if it's just illegal without parental consent. i'm 90% sure it's the latter; if i'm right, then the article is misleading.

whether she signed a waiver or not, the shop is still at fault. along with signing a waiver, you must present state ID; they make a photo copy of it (even if you're a repeat customer) and they are supposed to keep it on file with the signed waiver. being 16, she either had no ID or a fake ID. and in either case, the shop should have turned her away.

i think that depends ont he state too
in michigan they do not require an id
as long as the waiver is signed

i dont know deleware
but i dont think bad of thse guys for some sneaky chick pretending to be 18

i think it would do them well to be more careful
but i dont think they are giving the idustry a bad name
just like i wouldnt think that a grocery store was terirble because a kid bought smokes there

where the government put negligence is fualty
what juvenile center is this girl going to be put in for lying on a legal contract?
she cries for her mom and the professionals get in trouble and i think thats a lot of suck to it
