That, I'm afraid, was a virus... it's not a common occurrence, but they do happen...

Uh huh...so everyone just suddenly acting crazy is random and unpredictable?

They only tend to affect emotions and behavior about half the time... the other half they do things like turning adults back to children, or giving you random attributes like cat ears or something silly...

I really can't explain it despite being robotic myself. Most just say "its a glitch in the world" and leave it at that.

I never really understood the whole "Take over the world" Thing. Doesn't that set you up to get knocked out of power? It'd be like...alot of work to stay on top.
