If I could get philosophical for a moment, the fact that people die is what makes us live. It makes us not want to waste time, becuase as you say, we end up shriveling and dying.

And while I'm sure your cause is noble, I personally don't want to become a vampire.

Most humans see you as monsters because they're afraid. I admit, most humans only know about the bad parts of vampires. They don't see the good.

By the way, you tend to get a little scary, especially for a six-year-old....(Don't kill me, please...)
