not that I don't like the story - cause I do - but could you please post it behind a LJ cut? its adult in nature and while I'm not at work right now... I do sometimes check my LJ there during lunch. So please?

Glad you're liking the story. As for the LJ cut I'll work on that for the next part.

Ooooo I'm really liking this so far. Although the main character death warning is making me sad already. Looking forward to more though.

I'm glad you're liking the story even with the plethora of warnings looming on the horizon. Thanks for commenting!

I like the story so much! I feel so sorry for Chris and I can't wait for the next part.
But this part is could be very triggering. Could you perhaps blank out the flashback (so the reader can choose to highlight and read) and add a summary at the end of the flashback? Also, a more specific warning would be appreciated.

Hi there, I was the beta on this so I'm curious what you're looking for as far as a more specific warning.

Hi, good job on beta-ing. I'm talking about the child abuse specifically.

Thank you :). And okay, that makes sense, we'll definitely add that warning. The actual flashback isn't going to be blacked out, however.

I wasn't sure I wanted to read such a dark fic, but I read one paragraph and I was totally hooked. This is so intense and suspenseful - like a good mystery/thriller. I'm really looking forward to rest.

You're comment makes me smile. You're reaction to reading it kinda sounds exactly like mine to writing the fic. I'm glad the suspense and intensity of the story are working for you.
