Am ridiculously excited over the microscope I acquired for 3 bux at Goodwill the other day. It has an electric bulb! That's semi-rare in toy-grade microscopes, but this one is probably from a while ago, and if we know anything about the while ago, it's that things were made better back then, right?

There really should be a now eating form on LJ. Because I sure am enjoying the heck out of some spectacular tamales and sometimes I need to share.

It was pretty cool, even though my speech patten is like

"um eh ah erm

OH HEY HERE I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A SENTENCE! WHAT A PERFECTLY GOOD TIME TO START *ANOTHER* SENTENCE!!!"

But I think I got my points across. :D

Today was harvest-y. I picked radishes and some wild urban mulberries to which nobody tends. :)

I'm freezing most of the berries, but have yet to decide on wine, eating, cooking or dying. They would be an bad-ass source of veggie dye, if my purple-pink fingers are any indication.
