You cannot force someone to forgive or move on. It is something they must decide to do themselves.

It would be best to leave them be for now. If you do not continue to bring up this issue, then they may forget about it sooner.

You can always try to explain why it would be better to forgive. But if they don't find it within them to do so yet, there's little you can do but wait.

To forgive someone... who hurt you or... someone important to you is... really hard. They have to... decide that for themselves.

But I think if you... already forgave them, then... they might want to try... just by seeing that.

You can suggest it to them, but whether or not they listen is up to them.

Just tell them how you feel. If they're really your friends then they might come to their senses.
