i was at the salvation army corrections and this guy was there saying he got a paraphanelia charge because he got pulled over for speeding and the drug dogs were going crazy at his dashboard (dunno why they had to dogs out, but anyways). They called the narcotics team and they tore up the dashboard and found a pipe rusted to the floor of his car
