The day after

I feel like I'm skipping out on work today. I'm so used to getting up, showering and heading to the Nursing Home that I feel like I'm playing hooky...finally.

It has been a loooooong 37 days, and I'm glad it's over. I was very sad to say goodbye, but it was even sadder to see her deteriorate every day. I'm sad that we couldn't help her pass sooner
