I believe sudden expressions of love for your fellow man is a big one.

I didn't get it. I just lost my shit at 35. Didn't eat, 13 beers, at least, a night for several weeks. Lost 25 pounds, irregular heartbeat, collapsing, chest pains, it was a gas. 40 will be met with laughter. And a shotgun.
