Disoriented!!

Went to bed last night, strapped the CPAC machine , and laid down in my bed. Woke up on the couch at 5am!!! I have no idea how I ended up there or how long I have been there. I really hope I am not going to start sleepwalking again. I thought I left that behind when I was 10!!!!
