i'm hoping that DNA and other interested parties pursue an appeal with a vengeance. seriously - i cannot fathom how the judge reached this bullshit ruling. you gotta love the idea of "justice" in this fucking state...

Yeah, no kidding. It's pretty ridiculous. This state is totally just though if you are a company or businessperson.
