some people at a recent bdsm gathering I was teaching at were bothered that I teach one of my classes naked. WHATTT? LOLOL SHEEEESH. I know some BDSMers have an issue with swingers but sheeesh I didnt realize that nudists were on the no no list too. LOL I dont even know WHAT to say to that! I'm quite surprised by their reaction especially if it was the class on objectification. "Naked" can mean "defenseless" as well as having no clothes. Taking away someone's clothes is known as a tactic to assert power relations in locations where power exchanges are key.

If any group was going to be able to appreciate power exchange relations, I would have thought it would be BDSM practitioners. As far as I'm concerned, I've enjoyed every class of yours I've been to whether you've been clothed or not.

Thank you :) I know not everybody is on the same journey as me but the nekkid thing seemed unusually uptight to me. Could be they were just mad cause they had their clothes on.. so they shoulda taken them off too I reckon. :)

I guess I made my point though even to those who didnt get my message.. cause I am being called "Prophet with Tits" which certainly seems pretty damned objectifying. LOL

I was really sad that I had to miss seeing you last weekend, but I started a new job and had to work. Its been too long since I last saw you. I am not really a part of the local community anymore due to some of the closemindedness and lack of acceptance for all kinks and type of people. Perhaps soon I will see you somewhere.

Perhaps it was a good thing I was not present. I have never been in a one man gangbang before.. :)

I am rather embarrassed by this, even though I haven't been involved with the group for a while, either. I am even a little shocked because the men in the group seem to be all about female nudity. They may have needed the explanation.

This truly baffles me.

I like Irishfrog's take on it; about naked referring to more than just without clothes

Heaven forbid that learning should be such a hands-on example.
