Long overdue update

I'm maintaining a vigil over CD's being imported into our iTunes library (Keith and I got an iPod Classic and a really sweet Altec Lansing speaker system for ourselves as our Christmas gift this past year), so I figured I'd update the neglected blog. Looking forward to seeing you guys too!

I find eating a handful of walnuts, cuts down on just about any craving I'm having (though my cravings are usually easier to avoid because said craving is usually nigh unobtainable).

Yes! to the nuts. I find if I have some sort of protein with whatever I'm eating, it really helps to cut down on the sugar/carb cravings. I love all things nuts and seeds -- pecans, walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds -- so we usually have a good stock in the freezer.
