I handed him the tranq gun as I walked down the stairs and went to the weapons cabinet, loading up on stakes and the likes as Wes filled the gun with darts. I wasn't sure about him going with me, but he was insistant on it. So, I wasn't going to tell him he couldn't come, I just didn't have time to hear it. To argue. We had to find out where

As I loaded up the tranquilizer gun, Angel went for more weapons. I doubt they’d be very effective. We did have one advantage though, at least I hope we did. Faith was still inside Angelus, so to speak. I hope she’s strong enough to…lend us a metaphorical hand. She has a strong will, and I’m convinced she can at the very least distract him so that our weapons will have some affect. Or just long enough for me to knock him the hell out

I was hoping that he'd be in there, at least then we wouldn't have to go all through LA trying to find him. It would save us a lot of time, and it would get him out of here, and mine and Faith's bodies back, then things would be back to normal. So to speak, there were still things we needed to work out, but that'd have to wait until a time when it was ... bearable to even talk about? I wasn't sure. Considering this was mine and Faith's fault about this Angelus and Wes still doesn't know 'how' Angelus is back. We were keeping things from him again and I had the feeling we were going to hear about it later. I shouldn't worry about this now

The drive over to...wherever it was we were going, was done in silence. For two people who were able to talk to each other about damn near everything, it was a rather uncomfortable silence. I was still berating myself for missing such obvious clues about this demon. How in gods name could I have missed such an important aspect during my research? I'd turned the books inside out, and yet nothing was mentioned about it's ability to swap bodies

Now that was a disappointment! I had thought that I'd go back to the hotel and take care of Watcher Boy before Angel ever managed to get off his lazy ass and figure out what was going on. but really, was it any fun if I couldn't tie him up and make him watch? I figured I'd head out into the good ol' LA nightlife and see who else was just ripe for the picking.
