Yes, Bush caused the hurricane. It was his fault, because he didn't like the sinners down there and God told him to do it. He used Carl Rove's secret hurricane machine. Everyone put on your tin-foil hat......

(yes I know SOME damage could have been avoided if the levee was repaired, and hindsight is 20-20, but to blame him entirely for NOLA? Come on...There are plenty more people to point fingers at than W.)
