Questions starting by: "is it wrong to.." have the tendency to lean towards the answer YES, but I'm still asking is it wrong to hope good for oneself in the expense of someone else.
Were this the case of doing something with an ill intent I'd go for the a fore mentioned yes, but as this is just a question of suitability I'd go for no. More on next Tuesday... hopefully.
