Somehow Sherlock had managed to get a couch into his office for napping sulky fits resting and thinking on. Which would be where he was today, mentally picking through cases that were legally obtained.

If John asked, they were legally obtained through polite, considerate discussion with the local police.

Who were all idiots.

The route Raven took from Anakin's office ever so conveniently led her straight passed Sherlock's. She remembered what she'd heard on the radio about him harassing Jono and decided to stop and make certain he intended to do no such thing any more. Respectfully, of course, since he was a teacher after all, but she couldn't tolerate someone being unkind to Jono.

She knocked on the doorframe and called, "Professor Sherlock?"

There was no response to that right away. Instead, Sherlock inhaled deeply and stared up at the ceiling. He was a very... special man.

"Oh, you mean me. What?"

"My name is Raven, and I am a student here," Raven said. "I wished to speak to you about something I heard on the radio. The squirrels are often prone to exaggeration, so I wanted to know if it was true or not."

"I noticed," he replied dryly, still staring up at the ceiling.

Was it any surprise that William found his way to Sherlock's office?

Dressed in jeans and a sweater, even despite the icon.

"Afternoon, sir," he greeted as he stepped inside.

"Bravo. How do you enjoy the 21st century, William?" Sherlock asked, glancing at him out of the corner of his eye.

"It has its advantages," William had to admit.

"There are files in my desk for you," he replied, closing his eyes again. "Easy ones first."

...easy was a relative word here.
