Tomu's Phantom

Reference here...

I'm curious. The visual style has changed completely and indeed it suggests also a change in the way the characters will be interpreted.

I think the new - less gothic more shiny - style suits Tomu. A lot.

But will it suit Erik?!?

Of course, I'm going to the Tokyo run. I'll be there for "Dracula" anyways. And actually, I must admit I like that they changed the style, for a lot of very biased reasons :)

It's not a bad idea, since Tomu can do serious, but goth doesn't suit her, like you noticed.

This will be a different Erik if the play moves to suit that picture, more of a sad, isolated gentleman than a twisted monster. We'll see how they do it, but it could be an interesting look, especially since Tomu is such a good actress.

This is why I'm waiting to see her slay Carlotta, before I decide if I like her or not eh eh

It's not that I don't like what I saw..
but just don't used to it.

I'm kinda imagine what it'll be like. I know Tomu will do well, but Erik.. is not easy. And two previous versions of Phantom were spectacularly done in their own ways.
Anyway I think it's gonna be another good play and a good start for our Tomu.
So let's cheer her on ^^"

She surely is going to be different. And I like this. If her style were too similar to Takachan's it would have been difficult for me not to compare them...with obvious results.
