I use box.net, which I really enjoy. You can organize files into folders and it lets you know how many times things are downloaded.

Oh, Blago. Did you see him on Letterman? I think my favorite part was when he called himself the anti-Nixon, then went on to explain--for the benefit of those viewers not familiar with Nixon, I guess?--exactly what that meant.
