I get most of my stuff via The Hype Machine. It's really useful if you're looking for new bands, mashups, rare covers, etc. Not so much if you want a specific song.

Yeah, they do grow on you. At first I liked them mainly for their lyrics (which can be pretty damn clever), but now I enjoy their sound as well.
