I should be doing statistics right this moment, but since I am not I will say the following:
You would definitely be an idiot if you did not audition. I always auditioned because I liked the people involved, if I had stayed one more year that would not have been the case. You stayed involved because you actually like theatre, something I never did. You're a much better actor than I ever was because you care for the craft and and the friends. Get a job in college, learn to hate, truly hate, in college, stay gold in high school.
